Mr. Arun Sharma

Mr. Arun Sharma is a marine engineer with a strong technical and commercial background. He has held several top management positions with key shipping companies in his career spanning several decades. He was also the Chairman of Strategy Committee of IACS and head of Small Group on Quality Policy (SGQP).

Starting his career with The Shipping Corporation of India, he held senior management roles with Varun Shipping Company, Great Eastern Shipping and India Steamships. He has served on the board of Indian National Shipowners’ Association and on the Asia Committees

Mr. Vinay Kshirsagar

Mr. Vinay Kshirsagar is a science Graduate from the University of Mumbai and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds Advanced diploma in commercial data handling from Datamatics and has more than 35 years of experience in finance, accounts, business management and During his illustrative career Mr. Kshirsagar has worked with many prestigious organizations like Chowgule Steamships Ltd, Shreyas Shipping & Logistics

Mr. Gautam Chatterjee

Gautam Chatterjee is a retired officer of the Indian Administrative Service of the Maharashtra Cadre. A Gold Medalist in M.Sc. Mathematics from Patna University, Mr. Chatterjee also holds a post graduate diploma in Urban Planning and Housing from the Institute of Housing Studies, Rotterdams, The Netherlands.

In his illustrious career spanning over 33 years, Mr. Chatterjee has held several important assignments both in the Government of Maharashtra and Government of India, notable among them being, Collector of Ratnagiri, Additional Municipal Commissioner of Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade in the Ministry of Commerce, CEO of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, CEO of Slum Rehabilitation Authority, OSD of Dharavi Redevelopment Project, Principal Secretary of Maharashtra Housing Department, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Defence, Director General of Shipping in the Ministry of Shipping and Additional Chief Secretary, Transport and Ports Department of Government of Maharashtra.

After his superannuation, he served as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra before taking over as Chairperson of the Maharashtra.

Mr. Kannan Ramamirtham

Mr. Kannan Ramamirtham holds a postgraduate degree in Mathematics from Madras University and in Management studies from Bombay University, CAIIB and CAIF from Indian Institute of Bankers. Mr. Kannan has over 38 years of experience in corporate and investment banking and has held senior director level positions in a large Indian national bank. County head in Standard chartered Investment Bank and as Promoter & Managing Director of a registered category one investment bank. He has served on the high-powered committees in the securities industry, set up by Government of India and has been involved in lead positions for equity fundraising and valuations in over 300 assignments during his career, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate /capital structuring, project finance. He has been actively practicing board level advisory, performance enhancement initiatives and investor representation. Ms. Subramanian Priya

Ms. S. Priya is a lawyer, specialising in Shipping & Maritime law, international trade law, domestic and international arbitration and related areas, including customs related matters. Ms Priya joined the chambers of Mr S. Venkiteswaran, Sr. Advocate, whilst studying law and continued in the same chambers after receiving her sannath in 1998.

She, assisted Mr. Venkiteswaran, Sr. Advocate and his committee in the 2005-2006, in re-drafting of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 and subsequently, was involved in the re-drafting of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 in 2015-16, 2018 and 2020. She is a standing counsel for the Seamen’s Provident Fund Office, a statutory body, on various matters. She advised the Gujarat Maritime Board on the drafting of Ship Breaking Code; she is the Secretary of Indian Maritime Law Association, a private body affiliated to the Comite Maritime Internationale;

Ms. S. Priya’s clients are ship owners, both foreign and Indian, protection and indemnity clubs, ship charterers, shipyards, drilling contractors and companies engaged in oil and gas energy production sector; offshore service companies; dredging companies, classification societies, vessel agents in India etc.

Mr. Hrishikesh Joshi

Mr. Hrishikesh Joshi is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. Mr. Joshi has more than 17 years of practical experience in the various strata of Audit, Finance, Commercial and Strategy with a global perspective. He has been associated with organisations like B. K. Khare & Co., Chartered Accountants, Deloitte and WPP group for more than 5 years. He is a Partner at Joshi, Gadgil & Co. Chartered Accountants, where he drives the Strategy Consulting, SOX, M&A, Due Diligence and Business

Mr. Shashi Nath Mishra

Mr. Shashi Nath Mishra is a distinguished industry leader with over three decades of extensive experience across Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC), strategic expansion and business transformation, manufacturing and quality assurance, analytical and environmental testing, sustainability frameworks, technology integration, and cybersecurity domains. His professional journey reflects a rare integration of technical depth, operational leadership, and enterprise-level strategic vision.

Mr. Mishra has played a foundational role in the organization’s transformation into a diversified, multi-vertical enterprise. He has been instrumental in guiding strategic acquisitions, integration of laboratory capabilities, and institutional strengthening initiatives. Recognizing the evolving business landscape, he led strategic diversification into technology-enabled services and cybersecurity solutions, aligning the Company with emerging global demand for digital resilience and risk mitigation. His forward-looking approach has contributed significantly to international business expansion and the strengthening of compliance frameworks aligned with global regulatory standards.

Throughout his tenure, Mr. Mishra has demonstrated comprehensive enterprise understanding — spanning operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, capability development, strategic partnerships, and revenue scalability. He has successfully navigated complex regulatory and operational challenges while ensuring institutional stability, governance integrity, and sustainable growth.

Mr. Deepak Patel

Mr. Deepak Patel is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also completed his bachelor’s degree in commerce and Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Management, from the Mumbai University.

Mr. Deepak has been associated with ISSPL for over a decade and before taking up the role of CFO, he accumulated experience within the company, contributing significantly to its financial frameworks and growth strategies. He presently heads the finance and accounts function of the Company and leads a team of twenty employees including five Chartered Accountants.

Before joining ISSPL, Mr. Patel was associated with Relay Shipping Agency Limited (Transworld Group) for over two years. His educational journey began with a chartered accountancy background, enriched by progressive financial roles within the company.

His leadership extends beyond routine financial management to significantly contribute to risk management, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the Company’s resilience in dynamic economic conditions.

Ms. Sugandha Vaidya

Ms. Sugandha Vaidya is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, she is a law graduate from Devi Ahilya University and also hold a bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

Ms. Sugandha has nearly 15 years of experience in secretarial and legal function and before joining ISSPL in 2024, she had worked with Hikal Limited, Ashok Piramal Group and Sahara Group.
