Mr. Arun Sharma

Mr. Arun Sharma is a marine engineer with a strong technical and commercial background. He has held several top management positions with key shipping companies in his career spanning several decades. He was also the Chairman of Strategy Committee of IACS and head of Small Group on Quality Policy (SGQP).
Starting his career with The Shipping Corporation of India, he held senior management roles with Varun Shipping Company, Great Eastern Shipping and India Steamships. He has served on the board of Indian National Shipowners’ Association and on the Asia Committees

Mr. Vinay Kshirsagar

Mr. Vinay Kshirsagar is a science Graduate from the University of Mumbai and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds Advanced diploma in commercial data handling from Datamatics and has more than 35 years of experience in finance, accounts, business management and During his illustrative career Mr. Kshirsagar has worked with many prestigious organizations like Chowgule Steamships Ltd, Shreyas Shipping & Logistics

Mr. Gautam Chatterjee

Gautam Chatterjee is a retired officer of the Indian Administrative Service of the Maharashtra Cadre. A Gold Medalist in M.Sc. Mathematics from Patna University, Mr. Chatterjee also holds a post graduate diploma in Urban Planning and Housing from the Institute of Housing Studies, Rotterdams, The Netherlands.

In his illustrious career spanning over 33 years, Mr. Chatterjee has held several important assignments both in the Government of Maharashtra and Government of India, notable among them being, Collector of Ratnagiri, Additional Municipal Commissioner of Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade in the Ministry of Commerce, CEO of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, CEO of Slum Rehabilitation Authority, OSD of Dharavi Redevelopment Project, Principal Secretary of Maharashtra Housing Department, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Defence, Director General of Shipping in the Ministry of Shipping and Additional Chief Secretary, Transport and Ports Department of Government of Maharashtra.

After his superannuation, he served as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra before taking over as Chairperson of the Maharashtra.

Mr. Kannan Ramamirtham

Mr. Kannan Ramamirtham holds a postgraduate degree in Mathematics from Madras University and in Management studies from Bombay University, CAIIB and CAIF from Indian Institute of Bankers. Mr. Kannan has over 38 years of experience in corporate and investment banking and has held senior director level positions in a large Indian national bank. County head in Standard chartered Investment Bank and as Promoter & Managing Director of a registered category one investment bank. He has served on the high-powered committees in the securities industry, set up by Government of India and has been involved in lead positions for equity fundraising and valuations in over 300 assignments during his career, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate /capital structuring, project finance. He has been actively practicing board level advisory, performance enhancement initiatives and investor representation. He has served on the boards of Bharat Aluminium Company Limited, Shasun Pharmaceuticals Limited, Shriram Ventures Limited and RR Kabel Limited (a flagship company of Ram Ratna Group.

Mrs. Lekha Kumar

Mrs. Lekha Kumar is a retired officer of the Indian Revenue Service, Govt. of India. Mr.s Lekha Kumar holds an M.A. in Economics from Delhi School of Economics. With a robust skill set that includes Business Strategy, Project Management, Government, Program Management
